A listing goes live on a Tuesday and is under contract by Sunday. Signage that takes three weeks is useless to that business.
We turn these around in 2 to 5 business days, and for agents ordering the same design repeatedly we hold the artwork so reorders skip the design step entirely and go straight to print. That is the part that matters to a working agent, because the second sign order is never the interesting one, it just needs to arrive.
Part of our signs, letters and graphics range and stocked in the shop.
Agent name and photograph, large. Phone number, large. Brokerage identification as required. A QR code linking straight to the listing, which we now see used well far more often than not.
What does not work is a paragraph of property details in small type. Nobody reads that from a car, and the QR code does the job better and updates itself when the price changes.
Coroplast. Cheapest, 6 to 12 months outdoors. Correct for high-turnover listings and for directional signs that get moved constantly and occasionally do not come back.
PVC. Rigid, better print surface, holds up a couple of years. The usual choice for post panels.
ACM. Will not bend, will not warp, lasts for years. Worth it for an agent’s permanent post panel set, since the same panel goes out on every listing and gets handled constantly.
Aluminium. For long-life directional and community entrance signage.
For a working agent, the sensible split is ACM or PVC for the post panels you reuse, and coroplast for riders and directionals you will lose.
Texas requires brokerage identification on real estate advertising signage, and most brokerages impose their own template, colour and layout rules on top of that.
Send your brokerage’s specification sheet with your first order and we will produce to it. Getting this wrong means a sign that has to come down and be reprinted, usually noticed by a compliance officer rather than by the agent.
For post-and-panel installations we can set posts, or supply the hardware for the agent’s own installer.
Most agents in this market use a sign installation service and simply need panels and riders supplied. Tell us which you need, because a panel drilled for a post and a panel drilled for a hanging frame are not the same panel.
Standard real estate post panels are 24×36 or 18×24 inches, yard signs are typically 18×24, and riders are 6×24 inches. iCandy Grafix produces all standard sizes plus custom dimensions to fit existing frames and posts.
Real estate signs take 2 to 5 business days at iCandy Grafix after proof approval. For agents ordering the same design repeatedly, we hold the artwork on file so reorders skip the design step and turn around faster.
Texas requires brokerage identification on real estate advertising, and most brokerages have additional template and branding requirements of their own. Send your brokerage’s specification sheet and iCandy Grafix will produce signage that meets it.
Use ACM or PVC for post panels you reuse across listings, since they will not bend or warp. Use coroplast for riders and directional signs, which are cheap, disposable and frequently lost. iCandy Grafix will recommend based on how the signs are used.
Yes. Agent name riders for a team are produced as a single variable data run, so a set of twenty individually named riders costs close to the same per unit as twenty identical ones.
