POS and Point of Sale Signs

The last sign somebody reads before they decide

Point-of-sale signage occupies the few seconds between picking something up and paying for it. Shelf talkers, counter cards, hanging aisle signs, window promotions, floor graphics, checkout displays.

They are small, cheap, produced in volume, and they move numbers more reliably than most marketing costing twenty times as much. Part of the iCandy Grafix interior graphics service.

Materials

Rigid PVC, styrene, foam board, Coroplast, and heavy card for counter and standee pieces. Adhesive vinyl for shelf edge, window, and floor applications. Magnetic sheet where the fixture is steel and the sign needs to move.

Anything going on a floor gets an anti-slip overlaminate rated for foot traffic. This is a safety requirement in commercial premises rather than an option, and we do not supply floor graphics without it.

Multi-location kits, and why they are worth specifying

If you run six stores, the difference between a promotion that looks consistent and one that looks improvised is almost entirely logistics rather than print quality.

What we do for multi-site retail clients: produce a kit per location, box it, label the box with the store name, and include a printed placement guide showing what goes where. Staff open the box and follow the sheet.

It sounds trivial. It is the whole thing. Without it, one store puts the counter card in the window, another leaves half the kit in the stock room, and the campaign looks different in every location. With it, a district manager walking into any store sees the same execution.

Turnaround and reprints

Standard POS runs take 2 to 5 business days after proof approval.

Reprints from stored artwork are considerably faster, often next day, because there is no design or setup step. We keep artwork and specifications on file for every client, so a repeat campaign or a mid-season top-up is a phone call rather than a project.

Frequently Asked Questions

POS, or point of sale signage, is the printed material placed near the buying decision, including counter cards, shelf talkers, hanging aisle signs, floor graphics, and checkout displays. iCandy Grafix produces POS signage in short runs and in boxed kits for multi-location retailers.

Yes. Floor graphics require an anti-slip overlaminate rated for foot traffic, both for safety and for durability under footfall. iCandy Grafix applies anti-slip laminate to all floor graphics as standard and can advise on which floor surfaces will hold adhesive vinyl reliably.

Yes. iCandy Grafix produces per-location kits, boxed, labelled by store and supplied with a printed placement guide, so a promotion looks consistent across every site. Artwork is stored so repeat campaigns can be reprinted quickly without a new design round.

There is no minimum. Digital printing has no plate setup, so a single counter card is economical, and per-unit pricing improves steadily as quantity rises. Small independent retailers and multi-site chains are quoted the same way.

Standard POS runs take 2 to 5 business days after proof approval. Reprints from artwork already on file are often turned around the next day, since there is no design or setup stage.
